WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow 1-7 business days for the product to be made before shipment. Once your order has shipped, You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Check your junk mail for updates if they aren't in your inbox.

Priority Mail is the standard shipping method which may take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. However, the package may sometimes experience further delay based on unforeseen circumstances such as harsh weather conditions.

Priority does not mean Express shipping. If you wish to place an urgent custom order, please email us at noonelikeyouny@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate. Additional charges may apply.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISSING?

We cannot refund or replace any un-retrieved packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, if the carrier returns the package, we can re-ship it with an additional shipping and handling fee.

Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address for your order. We’re not responsible for any package returned or lost due to an address error.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

All items are non-refundable unless the order is canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Each jewelry piece is handmade to order, meaning materials and labor have to be prepared and allocated specifically for each order. Once it's outside that time frame, the order is processed, and we cannot issue a refund.

Please contact us immediately with pictures if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Based on the nature of handmade crafts, all pieces are unique and may not reflect as exactly shown within the product pages.
